Last Updated: March 15, 2026
This Master Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Local Motion Endorsements LLC (“Local Motion,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information of users of our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), including advertisers/business users (“Advertisers”), drivers (“Drivers”), and website visitors.
Driver Location Data: Drivers may be subject to continuous, precise location tracking (including in the background) for mileage calculation, eligibility, and fraud prevention. For details on GPS/location processing and Driver-specific terms, see the Driver Privacy Policy, which supplements and forms part of this Policy. For Drivers, the Driver Privacy Policy controls to the extent of any conflict regarding driver-specific geolocation, mileage, eligibility, vehicle, verification, and campaign-participation data.

Sensitive Information: Some information (such as government ID data and precise geolocation for Drivers) may be considered “sensitive” under certain laws. We process sensitive information only as reasonably necessary and proportionate to provide requested services, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, maintain security, operate Campaign functionality, and comply with law.
Data Accuracy Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account, contact, billing, business, vehicle, payout, and verification information accurate and current.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Platform: create accounts, enable Campaign creation and participation, and deliver Platform functionality.
- Process payments and billing: process transactions, generate invoices/statements, issue credits/refunds, and maintain financial records.
- Generate creatives: process prompts, uploaded creative materials, preferences, and generated outputs to provide AI features. This processing may involve third-party AI service providers and is subject to applicable third-party terms and privacy practices.
- Automated and human-assisted operations: use automated systems, rules, geofencing logic, anomaly detection, fraud screening, and human review to support mileage calculation, eligibility determinations, verification review, content moderation, billing/risk review, and account or Campaign protection measures.
- Support and communications: respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send service-related notices (billing, account updates, policy changes).
- Campaign administration and analytics: provide Campaign dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting (may include aggregated or de-identified metrics).
- Security and fraud prevention: protect accounts, prevent abuse, and analyze account, device, payment, verification, usage, campaign, and location-related data to detect suspicious logins, duplicate accounts, payment fraud, false verification, GPS spoofing, ad misuse, tampering, policy circumvention, and other suspicious activity.
- Aggregated and de-identified use: create and use aggregated, pseudonymous, or de-identified data for analytics, campaign reporting, benchmarking, forecasting, operations, fraud prevention, and product improvement, provided it does not reasonably identify a person.
- Improve and develop features: debug, monitor performance, develop new products, and improve user experience.
- Marketing: send marketing communications where permitted by law; you can opt out at any time.
- Legal compliance and enforcement: comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements and policies.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR Where Applicable)
Where applicable, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the Platform and perform our obligations under applicable agreements.
- Consent: where required (e.g., certain marketing; certain cookie categories; and where local law requires consent for specific processing).
- Legitimate Interests: to secure and improve the Platform, prevent fraud, and provide Campaign operations (balanced against your rights).
- Legal Obligations: to comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, and lawful request requirements.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, secure accounts, analyze usage, and measure performance. Where applicable, we may also use certain tools for advertising measurement. You can manage cookies via your browser/device settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.
6. How We Share Information
We may share personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Vendors who provide services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, support tools, communications, SMS, push notifications, security, fraud prevention, verification/OCR, AI generation, mapping/geocoding, and payment processing). Certain processors, AI providers, analytics vendors, mapping/geocoding providers, verification vendors, and similar service providers may process personal information under their own terms and privacy notices.
- Payment Processors: Our processors handle payment method data and transactions. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
- Advertisers / Campaign Partners: We may share Campaign administration data and analytics relevant to a Campaign. Driver-specific data sharing is governed by the Driver Privacy Policy and Platform controls. Unless specifically disclosed and necessary for a feature or legal requirement, Advertisers generally do not receive a Driver’s home address, government ID, tax information, payout account details, personal contact information, or precise real-time location. We generally provide aggregated or summarized metrics rather than precise location, and where route previews are provided they are de‑identified or pseudonymous.
- Fulfillment Partners: When ad materials are produced, we may share Campaign creative assets and fulfillment details with suppliers who manufacture/ship materials.
- Legal and Safety: To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, and enforce our agreements. We may preserve, review, and disclose information where reasonably necessary for accident investigations, billing disputes, chargebacks, fraud reviews, ad complaints, regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, court orders, and other lawful requests or legal obligations.
- Corporate Transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
To the extent third-party services operate under their own policies, Local Motion is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. If applicable law (such as California’s “sale” or “sharing” definitions) treats certain disclosures (e.g., some cross-context behavioral advertising) as “sale” or “sharing,” you may have the right to opt out as described below.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform and for legitimate business purposes, including security, fraud prevention, audits, dispute handling, and legal compliance. As a baseline, we generally retain account and transaction records for three (3) years after your last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data longer.
We may retain data longer than the baseline period where reasonably necessary for chargebacks, payout reconciliation, tax/accounting, audits, legal claims, fraud investigations, security incidents, regulatory compliance, subpoenas, court orders, legal holds, and related legal or compliance obligations.
8. Your Rights and Choices

- Portability: request a portable copy of certain data where required by law.
- Restriction / Objection: object to or request restriction of certain processing (where applicable).
- Marketing Opt-Out: opt out of marketing communications at any time (transactional/service messages may still be sent).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (such as encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
10. International Transfers
We may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
