Content Moderation & Verification Policy

This Policy explains how Local Motion reviews and moderates user‑submitted content and verification uploads, including decal installation photos. It applies to decal verification photos, ad creative, AI-generated content, driver verification materials, support submissions, campaign-related uploads, and other user-submitted content reviewed through the Platform.

1. Decal Verification Workflow

  • Submission: Drivers submit decal verification photos for Campaigns and periodic compliance checks.
  • Business Review (Attempts 1–2): The Business associated with the Campaign can approve or reject the first two attempts. A rejection requires a reason.
  • Admin Review (Attempt 3): If prior attempts are rejected, an admin review may be required for a third attempt.
  • Outcome Effects: Rejections can suspend tracking eligibility until the issue is resolved. Admin rejections may result in removal from the Campaign.
  • Submission Certification & Cooperation: By submitting materials, users certify submissions are truthful, current, accurate, and unaltered, and agree to reasonably cooperate with review, verification, fraud, and compliance inquiries.

2. Auto‑Approval of Stale Reviews

If a decal upload remains pending past its review deadline, the Platform may automatically approve the upload and update verification status. This is intended to prevent drivers from being blocked due to delayed reviews.

Automatic approval is an operational convenience only and does not prevent later re-review, reversal, or enforcement action if fraud, error, or non-compliance is later identified.

3. Monthly Decal Compliance

The Platform enforces periodic decal compliance. If a required monthly verification is missing for a prior period, tracking may be suspended and a new upload required to restore eligibility.

Local Motion may allow, limit, or deny resubmission opportunities and may impose deadlines, corrective instructions, or escalation steps in its discretion.

4. Prohibited Content

Uploads must be accurate and unaltered. Submitting false, misleading, or manipulated verification photos may result in suspension, removal from Campaigns, or other enforcement actions.

Ad creative and AI-generated content may be rejected or removed for unlawful or deceptive claims, infringement risk, prohibited content, low-quality or unsuitable print formatting, vendor incompatibility, or vehicle-display unsuitability.

5. Moderation Controls and Enforcement Flexibility

Local Motion may review, approve, reject, remove, escalate, request resubmission of, or otherwise act on submitted content in its discretion for legal, fraud, safety, quality, technical, reputational, policy, or compliance reasons.

When evaluating authenticity, compliance, or fraud risk, Local Motion may review associated metadata, timestamps, account history, device signals, prior submissions, campaign records, and related Platform information.

Local Motion may review content but is not obligated to pre-screen, monitor, or approve all submissions. Approval, review, or non-removal does not certify that content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, safe, printable, compliant, or suitable for any purpose. Failure to detect a violation does not waive later enforcement rights.

Where Local Motion reasonably suspects fraud, legal risk, safety risk, or serious policy violations, it may immediately suspend eligibility, pause campaigns, remove content, block publication, hold payouts, or restrict account access.

Local Motion may, but is not always required to, provide notice, reasons, or opportunities to cure for moderation decisions, except where required by law or where operationally appropriate.

Submitted materials, moderation notes, review outcomes, and related records may be stored and used for campaign administration, support, fraud prevention, disputes, audits, legal compliance, and enforcement.
