AI Generated Content Policy

Local Motion provides optional AI tools to help Businesses generate advertising creatives. This policy explains how AI generation works and your responsibilities.

Tool-Only Scope: Local Motion provides an optional AI-assisted creative tool only. Local Motion is not acting as a creative agency, legal reviewer, trademark clearance service, copyright clearance service, regulatory reviewer, or design professional.

No Approval or Legal Review: Local Motion does not verify that AI outputs are lawful, non-infringing, non-defamatory, non-deceptive, fit for a particular purpose, suitable for vehicle display, or compliant with advertising, consumer-protection, printing, vendor, or local-law requirements.

1. AI Generation Workflow

  • Inputs: You provide business details, design preferences, and prompts (e.g., business name, colors, style, and campaign intent).
  • Generation: We use third‑party AI services (e.g., OpenAI image generation) to create a draft image based on your inputs.
  • Post‑Processing: Images may be cropped or padded to match decal size and shape requirements, and may be converted into production formats (e.g., EPS).
  • Third-Party AI Processing: Prompts, uploaded materials, preferences, and outputs may be processed by third-party AI providers under their own terms and privacy practices. Local Motion is not responsible for independent third-party practices to the extent those providers operate under their own policies.
  • Variability and Availability: Outputs may vary between generations. AI features may be rate-limited, capped, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Any generation limits shown in the Platform apply.

2. Storage & Visibility

Generated creatives may be stored with Campaign records and may be accessible as public campaign assets used for production or display.

You grant Local Motion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, technically modify, send to vendors, and otherwise use AI prompts, inputs, and outputs as reasonably necessary for campaign administration, fulfillment, moderation, support, dispute handling, enforcement, and platform operations.

Local Motion may log prompts, generation metadata, moderation results, and outputs for support, abuse prevention, billing, audits, quality improvement, and enforcement.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Rights & Permissions: You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all inputs and for the use of the resulting creative.
  • Input Authority: You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed for any prompts, uploaded references, logos, slogans, images, business materials, and instructions submitted to the AI tool.
  • Compliance: You must ensure generated content complies with advertising, IP, and consumer‑protection laws, including regulated-category requirements (such as financial services, health claims, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, gambling, and political content) where applicable.
  • Review: AI outputs are drafts; you are responsible for reviewing and approving creative before use.
  • IP, Brand, and Likeness Review: You are responsible for reviewing outputs for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade dress, slogan copying, logo misuse, rights of publicity, likeness/face usage, impersonation, and unauthorized brand references.
  • Print and Vehicle Suitability Review: You are responsible for confirming final content is appropriate for production specifications, placement, and vehicle display before use.
  • No Uniqueness Guarantee: AI outputs may be similar to third‑party content. Local Motion does not guarantee uniqueness, non‑infringement, or exclusivity of AI‑generated creatives.
  • No Sensitive Inputs: Do not submit trade secrets, confidential business information, personal data, government IDs, financial account information, health information, customer data, or other sensitive information unless expressly authorized and necessary.
  • Advertiser Responsibility & Indemnity: Advertisers remain fully responsible for campaign creative and any claims arising from AI-generated content under the Advertiser Terms, including applicable indemnification obligations.

4. Moderation & Removal

We may reject, block, remove, or refuse generation requests in our discretion for legal, policy, safety, reputational, or platform-integrity reasons.

Prohibited AI-use content includes unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, obscene, misleading, impersonating, or unauthorized content, and other content that violates this Policy, Campaign requirements, or applicable law.

5. Disclaimers

  • Print / Production Disclaimer: Local Motion does not guarantee AI-generated outputs will be print-ready, production-ready, correctly scaled, legible, dimensionally accurate, color-accurate, vendor-compatible, or suitable for a specific decal size, material, placement, or vehicle surface.
  • No Warranty: AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of originality, legality, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for commercial use.
