Last Updated: March 20, 2026

This policy describes prohibited activities on the Local Motion Platform. It supplements the applicable Terms of Service. It applies to all Platform users, including Drivers, Advertisers/business users, website/app visitors where relevant, and anyone submitting content, creatives, verification materials, payments, or support requests through the Platform.

1. Prohibited Conduct

  • Location Manipulation: GPS spoofing, tampering with Location Logs, or use of emulators to falsify mileage.
  • Document Fraud: Submitting altered, misleading, or non‑authentic license/insurance documents or verification photos.
  • Unauthorized Vehicles or Ad Materials: Using unapproved vehicles, removing/altering Ad Materials, or displaying non‑compliant placements.
  • Multiple Advertising Decals/Magnets: While enrolled in a Campaign, displaying decals or magnets for any business, service, or campaign other than the currently assigned Campaign.
  • Driving Record Misrepresentation: Misstating or concealing DUI or reckless-driving history, including false attestations about the prior 12 months.
  • Account Misuse: Sharing accounts, creating duplicate accounts to bypass payout or verification requirements, or impersonating another user.
  • Advertiser Content Misuse: Uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, misleading, or unauthorized ad content, claims, offers, pricing statements, or creatives.
  • Off-Platform Driver Solicitation: Attempting to identify, contact, solicit, recruit, hire, or contract with Drivers outside the Platform based on Platform participation or Platform data.
  • Off-Platform Deal Circumvention: Drivers and Advertisers may not bypass Platform workflows to arrange Campaign participation, compensation, billing, or related campaign services directly off-platform for opportunities sourced through Local Motion.
  • Route/Analytics De-Anonymization: Attempting to de-anonymize route/location analytics or otherwise re-identify Drivers from aggregated, pseudonymous, or de-identified data.
  • Campaign/Data Misuse: Misusing driver-related or campaign-related data, or manipulating campaign settings, quotas, targeting, rates, approvals, or billing in bad faith.
  • AI Misuse: Using AI tools to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, impersonating, harassing, hateful, or unauthorized content; submitting confidential, proprietary, personal, financial, government-ID, health, or other sensitive information without authorization; or attempting to bypass AI generation limits, moderation rules, or content controls.
  • Harassment, Abuse, and Illegal Conduct: Harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking, discrimination, fraud, scams, illegal activity, or misuse of support/reporting channels.
  • Data Extraction and Reverse Engineering: Scraping, crawling, bulk extraction, data mining, unauthorized API use, bots, surveillance use, competitive-intelligence misuse, attempts to build derivative datasets from Platform data, or reverse engineering except to the extent a legal restriction cannot be waived by agreement.
  • Billing and Payment Abuse: Fraudulent chargebacks, use of unauthorized payment methods, attempts to evade fees or payment obligations, duplicate accounts to avoid holds/debt/verification/enforcement, or manipulation of orders, refunds, payout routing, or other financial workflows.
  • Driver Safety Violations: Interacting with the app while driving, driving solely to generate mileage, unsafe/reckless/impaired driving in connection with campaign participation, or knowingly using non-compliant ad-material placement that creates safety or legal risk.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access or modify data not authorized by your account or role.
  • Security and Technical Abuse: Probing vulnerabilities, bypassing authentication or permissions, abusing admin/test endpoints, introducing malware, disrupting services, overloading systems, or attempting unauthorized modification of Platform systems or data.
  • Platform Abuse: Circumventing payment flows, interfering with verification/moderation processes, attempting to send spoofed admin messages, or otherwise undermining Platform integrity.
  • Investigation Interference: Falsifying, concealing, destroying, or withholding relevant information during fraud, safety, payment, moderation, or compliance investigations.
  • Disallowed Uploads: Uploading files that do not meet file type or size requirements (e.g., non‑image or oversized uploads).
  • Attempts and Facilitation: Attempting, facilitating, instructing, encouraging, or assisting others to violate this policy is prohibited.

2. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, creative rejection, AI-tool suspension, campaign pause/termination, payout holds or reversals, order cancellation, access restrictions, account suspension/termination, and other enforcement actions subject to applicable law and the Terms.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, Local Motion may share relevant information with payment processors, vendors, regulators, or law enforcement, and may pursue legal or equitable remedies. Users must reasonably cooperate with investigations where requested.

The examples above are not exhaustive. Local Motion may act against conduct it reasonably believes is unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, harmful, or inconsistent with Platform integrity or user trust.
